Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Forum Group Events'.
All online bookings are non-cancellable, and any online Registration Fees paid are non-refundable.
In-person registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Conference Organisers at aasw@forumgroupevents.com.au.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the event, if, for example, delegate numbers are too low to run the event, we will give you as much notice as possible, and you will be given the option of a refund or transfer to an alternative event.
We are not liable to you for any non-attendance for any reason. If you are unable to attend the event, event presentations will be available for on-demand viewing after the Conference. Please consult the Event website or contact us for further details.We will use reasonable endeavours to avoid changes in the advertised program for the event. However, amendments may be required, for example, as a result of changes to speakers' circumstances or corporate change. It is your responsibility to check the status of the event program.
Proof of AASW Membership is required during the online registration process. Please have your AASW Membership Number available to complete your registration.
Proof of Student status is required to access the reduced Student registration fee. During the online registration process, you will be asked to upload a digital copy of one of the following:
The Low Resource Country fee is available to delegates whose country of residence or employment is classified as Low or Lower-Middle Income Country under the World Bank. Please refer to the list of Low Resource Countries (LRC) to determine your eligibility to register at the registration rate.
Proof of AASW Membership is required during the online registration process. Please have your AASW Membership Number available to complete your registration.
