Sprout

Tuesday 9 February 16:00-17:00 (AEDT)

Social activity description

Join us for an online cooking demonstration and discussion presented by Sprout. As COVID hit South Australia earlier this year, Themis Chryssidis, Managing Director of Sprout Cooking School, saw the life of his small business flash before his eyes. Despite losing 99% of business income and having to stand down all of his valued staff, Themis pivoted the business to not only survive the pandemic, but also diversify the offerings to include two new restaurants. In this interactive cooking demonstration, Themis will discuss the challenges he faced and the obstacles he had to overcome throughout the process, all whilst showing you how to create a delicious summer-inspired seafood dish.
